We welcome Wendy Sedlak to our practice.  She is a certified Health and Wellness coach.  Wendy has spent many years in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and weight loss counselor.  She holds degrees in Law, Curriculum and Instruction. 

Her passion for functional nutrition resulted in improving her own health as well as her family’s health. She met Dr. Ali when she was seeking a functional physician for her youngest son. Their healing journey became a source of inspiration for her to become a health coach. Her commitment towards her family’s health led her to learn new recipes and combine them with lifestyle changes along with addition of prescribed supplements to achieve remarkable improvements in her son’s health.

Wendy can partner with you on your health journey by helping you transition your diet and lifestyle to achieve better health. This service is available for all age groups. She will give you real life strategies, recipes, ideas and support.
