The Green Juice

 

The green juice is a power house of nutrients that decrease inflammation, and protect us from oxidants and prevent cancer. It contains minerals (iron, calcium, possium, manganese and copper) and vitamins (vitamin A, B, C, K, E). It also contains small amounts of Omega 3 fatty acids. It is also a good source of fiber that decreases cholesterol. It improves enegy levels and helps the body carry out its functions including healing.

 

Ingredients

 

  • 3 large Kale leaves

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2 stalks of celery

  • half green apple (optional)

  • peales 1/2 Lime

  • 1/2-1 glasses of water according to your desired consistency.

 

Wash everything and put it in a blender. You can have it 1-2 times a day preferably before meals.
